Thanks for this information!!  I sent Jaguar an email complaining about the "premium floor mats" that were included with my XF SC and the fact that I had to buy the accessory floor mats for $235 in order to get the Jaguar name on them.  (I think they should have been included with the SC version.)  They forwarded my email to Jaguar USA (Phone #201.818.8500) and they contacted me the following day.  They are going to send me a $250 gift certificate.  Thanks again!

In the U.S. there is a Customer Care service center in New Jersey, but I have also learned that there is a separate Consumer Affairs dept for real problems and major issues.
